Smart Keyboard Battery

It’s a little wild to me that the M1 Macbook Air’s have longer battery life then the heavier(!) iPad with a smart keyboard. In theory the iPad is even using less power.

I should say, I love the keyboard and it’s great for me to travel around using only my iPad and equally be able to take notes or write out long emails, then immediately dive into reading or something else better suited for a tablet. It’s amazing what’s the designers and engineers at Apple have done with the iPad so far.

Would love to see longer battery life on an iPad with smart keyboard using the battery to weight it down instead of whatever metal they stuck in there.
